The building consists of the following areas: Board room, Break room, Office area, Engineering offices, Conferance rooms, Public bathrooms, Server room, Elevator, and Electrical room.

Building envelope is steel frame with split-face CMU masonry and stone veneer walls and steel truss roof structure with insulated standing seam metal roof system.. Site work has asphalt paving around the building. Parking lot and concrete sidewalks. Entrance bridge from public parking area to main entrance over Wetland & stream.
