The building consists of the following areas: 4 truck bays 60’ long, 1 monorail crane over one of the bays. Pre-Treatment truck bay, Pre-Treatment wash station, Men’s and Women’s Locker and shower rooms, Break room, Large Training room, Maintenance Offices, Public bathrooms, Fitness room, Server room and Electrical room.

Building envelope is structural split-face CMU masonry walls and steel truss roof structure with insulated standing seam metal roof system.. Site work has asphalt paving around the building. Parking lot and concrete sidewalks.  8 feet high CMU sand and gravel storage bins. Wetland & stream, and site utilities.
