This facility will house the adminstration and laboratory staff for Jordan basin water reclamation facility.

The building consists of the following areas:  Reception and entrance area, Office area, Training room, Break room, Toilet facilities, and Laboratory areas.

Building envelope is structural split-face CMU masonry walls and steel truss roof structure with insulated standing seam metal roof system. Site work has asphalt paving around the building and parking lot.
